This page is here to support you in creating a smooth, easeful, and successful event.  Whether this is your first time hosting or you’ve done this many times before, we want you to feel fully supported every step of the way.

Take a few moments to review the information below so we can help you bring your event to life in the most aligned and seamless way possible!

Submit Your Event Details

If your event is open to the public, we would love to help you spread the word!

Please email the following details to shantifulspaces@gmail.com:
   • Event Title
   • Date + Time
   • Cost
   • Event Description
   • Registration Link
   • A 1920px x 1080px image you have permission to use
   • Your website and/or social media links (so we can tag and promote you)

Once we receive your information, we’ll add your event to the website within 48-72 hours!

How We Support You

We’re excited to help amplify your offering through our community channels. Here’s how we support your event:
   • Featured on the SHANTIFUL Events Page on our website
   • Included on our in-studio Events Flyer - displayed at the front desk and front door
   • Promoted on our social media platforms
   • Included in our monthly newsletter

*** Please submit event info by the 25th of the month before to be included in the Events Flyer and monthly Newsletter.  Your event info will be added to the website within 48 hours of submission.

Insurance Requirements

To rent and host events at SHANTIFUL, we require that you carry liability insurance and list SHANTIFUL as “Additionally Insured” on your policy:

This helps protect you, your clients, and the space, and allows us to continue offering a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

Orientation Video

Before your event, please take a few minutes to watch our orientation video below.  This will walk you through everything you need to know about the space so you feel confident and prepared.

Schedule Your In-Person Orientation

We highly recommend scheduling a quick 15-minute walkthrough of the space prior to your event.

Please call or text Satyam at 602-369-0086 to set up a time for an upcoming weekend.

It’s important to us that your event goes off without a hitch, and this is a great opportunity to ask questions, get familiar with the space, and feel fully at ease.
