The Deep Release: Somatic Healing for Lasting Change is for people who feel stuck and are finally ready for real relief. If you’ve been carrying stress, pain, grief, or exhaustion for years—and nothing you’ve tried has fixed it—this is the work that meets the root of the problem.

Most people who come to The Deep Release have already tried yoga, meditation, therapy, breathwork, mindset work, and self-help. You may understand your patterns, but your body keeps reacting the same way. You’re not broken. You’re carrying too much—and it hasn’t been released yet.

If you’re constantly overwhelmed, burnt out, tense, or disconnected—even when your life looks “fine”—your body has been living in survival mode. Chronic pain, illness, anxiety, sadness, grief, and a sense of being lost or out of alignment don’t come from nowhere. They live in the body, and that’s where they have to be resolved. When the body releases, relief isn’t temporary—it’s real.

After this workshop, people commonly experience:

Please join me on the First Friday of each month for a peaceful evening allowing you to release the week and enter into the weekend and new month with clarity and contentment.

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation where we drop into a space of “conscious sleep” - the mind turns off and the body can deeply heal while suspended in a background of silence. You’ll also be serenaded with crystal bowls, gentle gong, arkana chimes, koshi bells and more to ease into that space of sweet surrender.

From May through November this year, this monthly gathering will be themed with a journey through the chakras - each month we will focus on a different chakra. The chakras are energy centers in the body that influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

We will begin in May with the Root Chakra - Muladhara. Our focus for this class will be on getting grounded and centered, building a stable foundation from which we can move forward in life.

Invite a friend for a beautiful evening together! Come early to enjoy essential oils, an inspirational message and more gems.

The studio has a wide selection of props to choose from, but please feel free to bring any of your own creature comforts, including an eye pillow or anything else that helps you feel nourished and supported.

To rent and host events at SHANTIFUL, we require that you carry liability insurance and list SHANTIFUL as “Additionally Insured” on your policy:

This helps protect you, your clients, and the space, and allows us to continue offering a safe and supportive environment for everyone. If you have questions about this or need guidance on obtaining coverage, feel free to reach out... we’re happy to help!

There may be practitioners working during your event, as all of our tenants have 24/7 access to their private offices and are able to see clients at any time. To help you stay aware, we have a Directory in the waiting area. If a practitioner is present, their chakra symbol will be turned to display “Here to serve!" We simply ask that your guests keep voices soft while in the hallway and waiting area to maintain a quiet and respectful environment for everyone.
