This life changing experience will take an intimate group of like minded people on a journey of learning, growth and embodiment as you hold a part of your intention for each other along with your own. You will learn ways to let go what is no longer needed and awaken to your true self living life from the inside out.

Join us for an evening of self-discovery and learn to let go of anything that’s preventing you from living authentically! The human voice has the profound ability to balance the body and mind! We’ll start with vocal toning, move into some breathwork, and then end the night with a unique immersive experience of being “bathed” in vibrations of the human voice! Limited to 16 participants!
We offer performance opportunities to our students every 3 to 4 months! Don't miss our next Student Showcase taking place Saturday, November 16th, from 5:30pm-7:00pm at Shantiful in Scottsdale! Come support these singers as they face their fears and take the stage!

New or advanced.... YOU'RE PERFECT!!! This is YOUR hour to decompress, learn the beautiful art of meditation from Chopra Certified Instructor Dr. Angie Cross, DC. She will guide you through the process, allow YOU to find your space and comfort in the process.
This is a safe environment to come learn, join in if experienced, or share your knowledge with our loving community if you are a seasoned veteran at meditation. There will be guiding, and also some quiet meditation. Please bring a yoga mat, your meditation pillow or what ever you may want to feel most comfortable. We will have some blankets, yoga mats, and chairs to use. She may also use singing bowls too.

We'll practice the the 10 Basic Meridian Exercises of Zen Shiatsu and the 5 Tibetan Rites. The Meridian Exercises are gentle stretches that keep your Energy flowing, while the 5 Tibetans are an active, strengthening yoga set.
We'll begin with brief instruction, then do 20 minutes of Zazen (sitting meditation focused on the breath), 5 minutes of Kinhin (walking meditation), and another 20 minutes of Zazen, concluding with a short discussion.
Free, or donation; donation is to cover space and supplies, whatever you're moved to give; this is a community service, all are welcome, no one is turned away.
