Welcome to the Nidra Nest!
Julie’s offerings include private and small group Yoga Nidra, gentle yoga practices integrating elements of yoga therapy, and she will often incorporate sound healing into your session.
Yoga Nidra sessions include personalized intention-setting around what you would like to work with. This modality is gentle and yet powerful, allowing us to rewrite unhelpful patterns in our thoughts and behaviors that are keeping us from living our fullest expression. With each session you will also receive a recording of the meditation, so that you are able to take your session home with you.
Julie’s teaching style is focused on finding freedom and contentment in the mind and the heart, creating joy within movement, and cultivating a deep sense of peace within so that her students can take that sweet energy back into the world with them.
Her “Nidra Nest” is located downstairs in the Anahata Studio, and is a cozy, quiet sanctuary for healing. Enjoy plush bedding and blankets, essential oils and more as you nestle in for your Nidra session.
