The Deep Release: Somatic Healing for Lasting Change is for people who feel stuck and are finally ready for real relief. If you’ve been carrying stress, pain, grief, or exhaustion for years—and nothing you’ve tried has fixed it—this is the work that meets the root of the problem.

Please join me on the First Friday of each month for a peaceful evening allowing you to release the week and enter into the weekend and new month with clarity and contentment.

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation where we drop into a space of “conscious sleep” - the mind turns off and the body can deeply heal while suspended in a background of silence. You’ll also be serenaded with crystal bowls, gentle gong, arkana chimes, koshi bells and more to ease into that space of sweet surrender.

Invite a friend for a beautiful evening together! Come early to enjoy essential oils, an inspirational message and more gems.

No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. Come as you are. Wear pajamas if you wish!

There are no refunds however if you need to cancel you may use your credit towards a future class of the same value. Please let me know in advance if you will not be able to make it.

A beautiful, sleep-based meditation, perfect for all levels.  In this Yoga Nidra Sound Bath, you are gently guided through body awareness, breath techniques, imagery and positive, loving intentions to help re-direct and change patterns of negative thoughts, behaviors and limiting self beliefs.  This meditation doesn’t require you to do anything at all . . . and because this is a practice of ‘being’, and not ‘doing’, you simply can’t do it wrong!  All you need to do is lay down, get as comfortable as you possibly can, and let yourself be absorbed by the magic of the Nidra.  It is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of restorative sleep!  Who wouldn’t love that?!
